Ski Passes:
Free ski pass for children 5 and
under (born 2003 or later) only
when accompanied by parents.
When attending the ski school,
we ask that you obtain a
separate ski pass for your child
directly from the ski school.
Reservations:
We ask that you make a deposit
of EUR 150 per room within 14
days of placing your booking.
Only when the deposit has been
received, will your reservation
be complete (please transfer
funds to our bank account at the
Raiffeisenkasse Wagrain-
Kleinarl; Branch No. 35069;
Account No. 10785; Swift No.:
RVSA AT 2S 069; IBAN:
AT783506900000010785 - all
transfer charges must be paid by
the guest). You are also welcome
to provide us with your credit
card number (VISA or MasterCard)
and expiration date, so that we
can charge the deposit to your
card.
Cancellations:
In the event of cancellation,
your deposit will not be
refunded. If your arrival
is delayed, or if you leave
prematurely, you will be charged
the full amount for the dates
originally reserved, minus
EUR 11 per person and day for
meals which will not be
consumed. In all other
instances, Austrian Hotel
Guidelines will apply.
