Information:
Our Family Hit packages are only bookable for stays of 3 days or longer!
For shorter stays than 3 days a fee of Euro 6,-- per person and day has to be paid.
Bed and breakfast: minus Euro 6,-- per adult person and day
Extra fee for single room: Euro 11,-- per person and day
Discounts: Children in the room of the parents: 0-3 years free of charge, 4- 12 years: 60% discount
(3. child in the family apartment: 50% discount) per person up from the age of 13 years: 30% discount
Reservations:
Within 14 days of making your booking, please send us a deposit amounting to EURO 150 per room. Only upon receipt of your deposit will your reservation be valid (please transfer the deposit to our bank account - Bank Name: Raiffeisenkasse Wagrain-Kleinarl; Branch No. 35069; Account No. 10785; SWIFT Code: RVSA AT 2S 069; IBAN: AT783506900000010785; no fees will be charged to the recipient). You are also welcome to provide us with your credit card number (VISA or Mastercard), along with the expiration date. We will then be able to charge the amount of the deposit to your card.
Cancelations:
If you cancel your reservations, your deposit will be forfeited. In the event of delayed arrival or premature departure, you will be charged the lodging price for the stipulated time frame, minus EUR 22 per family and day for meals which have not been consumed. In all other instances, Austrian Hotel Contracting Conditions will apply..
