Ski Passes:
Free ski pass for children up to age 5 (born 2006 or later), only when accompanied by parents. If attending ski school, we ask that you purchase a separate ski pass for your child at the ski school itself.
Reservations:
Within 14 days of making your booking, please send us a deposit amounting to EURO 300 per room. Only upon receipt of your deposit will your reservation be valid (please transfer the deposit to our bank account - Bank Name: Raiffeisenkasse Wagrain-Kleinarl;
Branch No. 35069; Account No. 10785; SWIFT Code: RVSA AT 2S 069; IBAN: AT783506900000010785; no fees will be charged to the recipient). You are also welcome to provide us with your credit card number (VISA or Mastercard), along with the expiration date. We will then be able to charge the amount of the deposit to your card.
Cancelations:
If you cancel your reservations, your deposit will be forfeited. In the event of delayed arrival or premature departure, you will be charged the lodging price for the stipulated time frame, minus EUR 11 per adult person and night for meals which have not been consumed. In all other instances, Austrian Hotel Contracting Conditions will apply..
