According to consumer law pursuant to § 18 para. 1 item 10 FAGG, there is no 14-day right of withdrawal for hotel services. The right of withdrawal pursuant to § 11 para. 1 FAGG does not apply; instead, our General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006) pursuant to § 5 apply.
