How many loyalty points do you receive through the Bonus Club after your holiday?
After a stay at Hotel Wagrainerhof, every family receives loyalty points. The number of loyalty points is calculated based on the room price. 1% will be credited to your account as a loyalty bonus. The conversion factor from loyalty points to euros is x 10. This means, for example, if you have collected 100 points, they correspond to a value of €10.
What can the loyalty points be used for?
Various packages, services, and products are stored in the Bonus Club, which you can book online to redeem your loyalty points. In the event that you do not find a suitable package, service, or product, you have the option to convert your loyalty points into a value voucher via the “Voucher” button (conversion rate x 0.7). In addition, loyalty points can easily be converted into a cash discount online in the Bonus Club. This will be deducted from the hotel bill (conversion rate x 0.7. This means, for example, €100 is worth €70).
How long are your loyalty points valid?
Loyalty points do not expire. Only the annual loyalty points that we give you for your birthday expire after 364 days. If you are unable to spend your holiday with us during this time, we recommend that you print them out as a voucher and use them for your next stay.
